I just finished an independent study master's degree program where all our
class discussions/paper submittals, etc where done remotely to Syracuse
University. It was excellent! A conference list serve is a great idea and
all us stuck elswhere's could
read/respond/discuss whatever. I suppose afee/donation could be requested
so as not to severely cut into the conference revenues. 'Tain't nothin
free these days, eh?
