Secondly, our house has recently acquired two new kittens, look-alikes
from the same litter named (not surprisingly) Castor and Pollux. I've
been worried that the kitties would use my harp for a scratching post
(and be subscquently strangled to death by an irate Gwen), but a pal just
stopped by my office and gave me this suggestion for keeping cats away
from anything-- orange peel! He says just a little orange scent will
drive cats away forever, so his advice is to spritz a little juice from a
thick orange peel onto the floor around the harp. Has anyone else tried
this?
Blessings and music,
Gwen (who'll probably end up with the only orange-loving kittens on the
planet)
