I too would suggest a Sylvia Woods piece. Have you tried her "Hymns and
Wedding Music for all Harps?" The wedding stuff is a bit harder, I think, but
there are some simple yet pretty hymns, like Morning Has Broken, Fairest Lord
Jesus, Amazing Grace, and so on. Also, her Christmas book has an arrangement
of Greensleeves that might work. Or you could try something from a musical,
like "Eidelweiss," or "The Sound of Music." You can find both in "the Lap
Harp companion," by Mary Jean Zarick- Lucetti (or something like that) or in
Deborah Friou's Rodgers and Hammerstein book. I like "Eidelweiss" better in
"The Lap Harp Companion," but I usually play the Deborah Friou arrangement of
"Sound of Music." I'm sure you'll do well playing! God bless you!
