Unless I have been asleep at the computer, I have missed Patrick
Ball's subscription notice, and unless he is hiding out under some
other name, I don't think he has subscribed to the list yet. Sorry to
dash everyone's hopes, but I have triple-checked just to make sure I
haven't missed it.
Given that he has replied to a message, I'll write him with the "info"
mailing and look for a subscription notice.
