I'm also a beginner and would like to know about music that I could handle
but sounds good. I would like to find some music with words as well.
(Spiritually uplifting) I've just recently learned AMAZING GRACE and WHERE
I SIT IS HOLY. I recomend the book CIRCLE OF SONG,songs, chants, and
dances for ritual and celebration. compiled by Kate Marks. This is a
music book with just simple melody lines and words. I have improvised with
these many times. I really like these works, a broad variety of music from
many cultures.
